Hot dog and round potato chips

The Chips :

So, i cut my potatoes into a round shape because i love my chips like that.

Then, i powdered all purpose flour (maida) on  the potatoes and mixed them well.

The maida gives them a nice crispiness and i love crispiness. After that, i simply deep fried them.

The Hotdog :

For my hot dog, i used Dawn's long buns and K&N's jumbo frankfurter sausages with cheese and jalapenos. Now, speaking of sausages, i highly recommend you to always use K&N's sausages because they are totally amazing.

The biggest problem i have with other companies' sausages is that they are already so small, and after you cook them, they shrink.

But the K&N's sausages are already jumbo and they don't even shrink at all, and the cheese and jalapenos filled in them are just amazing! Ahhh i feel hungry, now. =P

So i fried my sausage in a non-stick pan with a little bit of Hot sauce on them, It adds a bit more spicy flavor to them.

Then, i toasted my buns with some butter on them on the same pan.

And then, i spread chicken spread and mustard sauce on the buns and placed the sausages.

And put a slice of cheese above the sausages.

And here, all the work ends. You just place the top bun, cut the burger in half if you want and ENJOY it with the round chips and some ketchup. ;)

This is what my platter looked like.

I know the presentation and picture quality is terrible.

But it really doesn't matter to me because i prefer taste over presentation. =P

A little tour of my house

This is my bedroom's wall above my bed which i decorated by myself without anyone's help. =P

And in this picture you can see the decorations done by me and my older sister. She did the hearts one.  I'm sure you like mine, more ;)

This is our family Dining room which just got some new interior put in recently with both my parent's great ideas and hard word. =D

Next, here's a picture of a little feast that we enjoyed on this 2013 Choti eid.  It is prawns tempura which i made all by myself  ( I promise ) hahaha. And then it's chicken and vegetable chowmien which my sister prepared and then it's my mother's special Chinese dish 'DongCheng' chicken with plain rice and a little mint leaf on the top (put on by silly mahira! =P )

Lastly, here's our house's Drawing room (i wonder why they call it that even though we never draw there). This photo is half part of the room and the other half can not be seen because i'm standing there. =P

So, if you're going to visit my house, you most probably will be sitting here. =)

I hope you enjoyed this little tour of my house even though it wouldn't have helped you in anyway lol! =D
